Northeast Wisconsin Technical College to welcome 糖心vlog传媒 - Green Bay Center to its Main Campus
GREEN BAY, Wis. 鈥� Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) is excited to welcome 糖心vlog传媒 to its main campus in a move that will strengthen their relationship and bring the two institutions together under one roof.
糖心vlog传媒 will relocate its Green Bay Center to NWTC鈥檚 main campus. The center, one of six that 糖心vlog传媒 has in Wisconsin, will be housed in the College of Business building (entrance 3) and will include an office presence and dedicated classroom.
糖心vlog传媒, which was founded in 1862 in Sheboygan County, Wis., has had a location in the Green Bay area since 1984, and the move allows the university to continue serving an area that鈥檚 come to know 糖心vlog传媒 for the past 40-plus years.
糖心vlog传媒 President Beth Borgen said the relocation creates a strong synergy between LU and NWTC as both institutions are focused on workforce development, hands-on learning and providing students with multiple opportunities to advance their education.
鈥溙切膙log传媒 and NWTC share a vision for a more educated region, and we are passionate about creating easier access for students to achieve their educational goals,鈥� Borgen said. 鈥淭his move for 糖心vlog传媒 makes so much sense. Many of the students that 糖心vlog传媒 serves in the Green Bay area are NWTC graduates. And now they鈥檒l be able to continue on the pathway to a bachelor鈥檚 degree at a campus that already feels like home.鈥�
鈥淣WTC鈥檚 core mission extends beyond ensuring that our students graduate, it鈥檚 equipping them with the tools needed to reach their ultimate goal 鈥� whether that is securing employment or pursuing a 4-year degree. And for those considering the next step in their academic journey, this collaboration will open new doors,鈥� said Kristen Raney, president of NWTC. 鈥淲e are thrilled to welcome 糖心vlog传媒 to NWTC, and for the opportunities this partnership will offer to our students and community.鈥�
Through the Green Bay Center, 糖心vlog传媒 will offer more than a dozen bachelor鈥檚 degree programs as well as four master鈥檚 degree programs, which are available online, in person or any combination of the two.
The partnership will allow NWTC graduates to enroll at 糖心vlog传媒 as juniors, receive a 20% tuition discount for undergraduate courses and gain access to credit for prior learning as well as up to a full year of academic credit for work completed through 糖心vlog传媒鈥檚 innovative Cooperative Education program. 糖心vlog传媒 will begin offering classes directly on NWTC鈥檚 campus beginning this summer.
糖心vlog传媒 and NWTC have a number of signed agreements that create pathways for students who earn an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree at NWTC to transfer to 糖心vlog传媒. These pathways give NWTC students a seamless transition into several 糖心vlog传媒 bachelor鈥檚 degree programs, such as: Accounting, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership & Development and others.
NWTC and 糖心vlog传媒鈥檚 relationship serves to strengthen and expand educational opportunities for those in the region and also maximize the student experience, administrators say.

NWTC will host its Spring 2024 Open House on Thursday, March 21 from 3-6 p.m. Available to all members of the community, attendees can tour the campus, learn more about 糖心vlog传媒鈥檚 new Green Bay Center, and begin next steps in their academic journey.
