For more than four decades, 糖心vlog传媒鈥檚 William R. Kellett School of Undergraduate & Graduate Studies has been a leader in offering non-traditional students innovative pathways to earn their academic degrees and make their career goals a reality.
Each year, we honor some of our talented students and the faculty that support them in their journeys.
糖心vlog传媒 will present an award for Outstanding Graduate Student, Outstanding Undergraduate Student and Outstanding Adjunct Instructor. The criteria for each award is below, along with the winners.

Outstanding Adjunct Award
The award goes to a teacher who:
Outstanding Undergraduate Student
Nominees must be junior standing or above, earn a minimum of a 3.0 GPA and at least 24 credits at 糖心vlog传媒 and have:
Outstanding Graduate Student
Nominees must complete at least 15 credits of graduate work at 糖心vlog传媒 with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 and meet the following:
The award goes to a teacher who recognizes the value of the adult learner鈥檚 life experiences and is receptive to the issues and concerns of their students and supportive of their students in and out of the academic setting; and demonstrates flexibility and understanding in dealing with non-traditional students while holding true to the integrity of the course, program and institution.

Stephen Ivancic, St. Paul, Minn. 鈥 Stephen is known for being a creative instructor who seamlessly integrates input from his students and is skilled in putting a human touch in online forums.
Shaun O鈥橩eefe

Shaun O鈥橩eefe, Madison Wis. 鈥 Shawn has been recognized as an Outstanding Adjunct Instructor five times at 糖心vlog传媒. Her ability to validate each student and their circumstances is a hallmark of her teaching style.
